Phoenix is a confident, playful, and happy 8-month-old dog looking for an active home that can keep up with his energy and enthusiasm. He’s friendly and loyal, forming strong bonds with his people and thriving on companionship. With the right structure, training, and enrichment, Phoenix will make a fantastic adventure buddy!

He knows sit and paw/shake and is eager to learn more with consistent training. He loves to chew and needs appropriate outlets for his energy when left alone. Sometimes he jumps up in excitement, so he’ll benefit from continued guidance on polite greetings.

Phoenix hasn’t had much exposure around other dogs and still needs to learn proper social manners, as he can become easily overstimulated. He should not have loose interactions with other dogs initially but will benefit from joint leash walks to build confidence. With time and guidance, he can learn how to interact appropriately with other dogs. On walks, he can be a little nervous around cars but remains well-behaved.
